How users can post their own posts ?

    Give them greater capabilities than subscriber. There are several levels. Just look under the users link in your WP dashboard.

    Yes, I have set up this and used a role plugin to define capabilities. Plus used a dashboard hide plugin. BUT a user can still se the Manage Tab and Comments Tab as they can not use these options anyway. All I want them to see is the Post tab and without the text ‘Please upgrade to wordpress 2.5.1’.
