How to wrap text arround post thumbnail

First of All thank you so much for such good plugin and such quick support. I am using your plugin to show posts in pages. I have read all the support topics to resolve my issue but I did not find it.
I am showing the featured image along with my posts in pages. But the text is not showing correctly and the thumbnail size and look is not exactly I am looking for. Right now posts are showing like this http://fundamentalaccounting.com/1-introduction-to-accounting/
but I want to display my posts exactly like http://fundamentalaccounting.com (My home page). I will be really thankfull if you resolve my issue.
