    Greetings,

I am brand new to WordPress and to blog authoring. I've read others' blogs.

When my blog is viewed in a web browser, I would like it to be as wide as the available space in the web browser window. My blog has a fixed width (http://www.sbqsam.com/wpblog). Do I need to change themes or is there a theme setting that controls fixed width vs. variable width? Suggestions?

I just installed WordPress (using Fantastico). I'm using pretty much all the defaults.

you need to edit your stylesheet, or use another theme.
