How to valign custom button on my Nav-Menu

    Hello Again.

    Added new networking links/logos to my site today. They look cool but i cannot align them where I want to. Id like to get them in the center of the last menu button and the search box. I also want to align them vertically in the center of the bar but “valign” is not working properly as you will see it in my header code. Any help?
