How to use Username as a Slug

I’m using buddy press and I want to be able to let Users submit pages but only under there member Url except for the admin. Example if a member wanted to add sports page let them create page http://www.example.com/member/1/Sport. I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could help. Thanks
