Hi All,
I would like to ask you guys, if you can help me how can I use the header pic in Chaotic soul theme as "home" link? I found the tutorial, but I have no idea how to change the css to get it worked.
I don't have my own ftp or domain.
I have just blog at wordpress using it's own interface and I just upgraded to the custom css.
Please let me know.

All I see on that url is adds, as you would get on a parked domain.
Confirmed. There's no WordPress site there that I can see.
you might get better help at the forum of wordpress.com ;-)

what does it mean parked domain? And adds? That is strange. I just set the visibility to: visible for normal users, not searchable by browsers.

It should be called Street Photography...Through my eyes. Last posted picture is black and white, person with stripe clothes, blurred.
This blog should not be "live" yet.
What can you see?

The original url you gave was mis-spelt.
And you can't turn the header image into a link on a wordpress.com site. That requires more than access to custom css.

It's simply not possible using this theme on a wordpress.com site.
