    i'd like to have the sub footer bar the same colour as the header bar.
    the header bar is made up of a green shaded line multiplied by lots of times to make the bar that spans across the page.

    the footer doesn't have this... as its just a flat colour thats input in the css.

    is there any way to be able to make the footer bar the same as the header bar by using the header.png file graphic or whatever to get the same effect?

    thanks for your help

    you have to change your style for #subfooter to have the same background image as your menu.

    So your subfooter style would look like this

    #subfooter{height:21px;background:url(images/menubg.png);background-repeat:repeat-x;text-align:right;padding-top:3px;padding-right:15px;}
