I have some css enqued using the index.php? format. There are "&" signs between variables. In the plugin that produces the css, the code uses "&" between variables. putting "& amp;" however doesn't work. It's a mess... it seems the enque variable is being processed more than once and I don't know where!
I just need the output to be "& amp;"
I have any idea on this type of problem, just let me know and I can show you the code, etc etc.
