How to use Isotope with Jetpack Infinite Scroll click?

Hi, I’m using Jetpack’s infinite scroll and its definitely the best infinite scroll plugins I’ve used.

I’m now trying to add the Isotope plugin in conjunction with it, but I’m not sure how to go about doing it. I’ve narrowed it down to a couple of areas in the infinite.js and I’m able to trigger some console.logs with the click, I also know I need to append the new items with isotope. But understanding it in theory is as far as my abilities would allow me I’m afraid.
