How to use

I have mamp along with word press installed properly on my machine. I have the cutline theme uploaded in my htdocs folder. I have the original cutline theme and a test version of the cutline theme to use as pre post testing ground. I had help doing all of this. The question now is that I can post on my cutline theme from my dashboard on wordpress but am I using the test version or the orginal version. Also how to I publish my blog on my server and make changes to it?
