I am so new to WP I dont even know how to upload something to my directory. What I am specifically trying to do is:
"Upload stats.php to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory"
How is this done? (step by step)

You would have to log in to your host to do so. For example I host on Godaddy so i would have to log in and go to the hosting section and find the directory folder.
