   Hello everyone, i have a simple question how to upload my custom theme to wordpress site ( i mean i want to upload to http://www.wordpress.org ) not for my personal site but for other people?

   On wordpress dashboard go to:

   Appearance -> themes

   You should see the upload theme link on top part of the page.
