   I'm somewhat new to WordPress. I've uploaded some media via the built-in tools.

   Now I want to incorporate http streaming into my WP site. I've created some output for this and am trying to learn the best way to upload these files to my WP site, using WP, or via FTP.

   The contents I have are:

   now-index.html
   now-readme.html
   now.m3u8
   SourceVideo.mp4 [this seem to be redundant with my source file]
   SourceVideo.segments
   fileSequence0.ts
   fileSequence1.ts
   [etc.]
   prog_index.m3u8
   prog_info.plist

   Use FTP. That way you can see where the files are going, file size, etc.
