    Hi
    Please help me how to upgrade WordPress with latest version. At present I am using WordPress 3.0.4.

    Just use the automatic upgrade under your Dashboard -> Updates

    Or if you want to do it manually, see Upgrading WordPress Extended.

    Before you do anything, backup your database and any customized code/plugins/themes.
