Please, how we can update this plugin, because dont update automatically.

First I have to disable and unistall the previus version?

No, simply upgrade from the Updates dashboard page, or the All Plugins page.

It’s important to do a backup of your files and database before any update. This plugin is good for that: http://wordpress.org/plugins/backwpup/
