how to update site url used in Jetpack subscription widget?

I saw this question a couple of time without solutions.

I moved the site from dev to production url with having changed db url’s and taking care of serialized ones… But the email send after blog subscription is still the dev one! And I can’t find it with text search in db dump!!

Does anyone knows where it is kept in the db so I can update it manually?

I have fixed this for you. The problem is, when you first connected Jetpack, your site URL was http://quebecdiscgolftour.com/wp/ ; I removed the /wp/ on our end, so now you need to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack. For my own reference, in case we ever need it, your blog id on our end is 64462589. Once you’ve reconnected, let me know and I’ll check to make sure everything works properly.

My issue is similar. The url in the subscription email points to the home page of my site — http://www.powertoolsforcouples.com — and I would like to change that to http://www.powertoolsforcouples.com/barrys-power-tools-blog/.
