How to update profile pic/avatar?

I updated my gravatar on gravatar.com last week. It’s showing up fine when I comment on other sites, but on my own site I still see the old gravatar.

Weirdly enough, if I’m in my dashboard, I see the old picture in the upper right corner (where it says Howdy, Emily in Chile), but if I hover over that to get the window with the options to Edit My Profile or Log Out, the picture that shows up in the pop-up window is the new picture.

Any ideas as to how to get the new picture showing up on my site? Thanks!
