How to update my 2.0.1 blog to a 2.6

    I have a blog (http://omega3flaxseeds.com) that is running on a 2.0.1 version of WP. I want to upgrade it to 2.6. I went into the back office to see if there was a was to update the WP without loosing all my info. Anyone have any tips of ideas on how to update it?
