   I'm having a little trouble getting an if/else statement running on my attachment.php pages, and I've found that the category for the attachments is not updated when the post's category is. Is there a way, either through a plugin or just through mysql?

   here's a plugin that I found, but it's not compatible with the current WP version: http://jason.ungos.com/projects/attachment-category-updater/
