   Hello,
   in my situation I have tree of pages:
   Parent 1
   Parent 2
   Sub-menu 1
   Sub-menu 2
   Sub-menu 3
   Parent 3
   Parent 4

   Is it possible to leave those 3 sub-menus and unlink Parent 2?

   Not if you're using wp_list_pages (which does seem to be the case).
