• In the past I have tried to deactivate/uninstall this plugin. It has resulted in needless havoc wreaked upon the site and nothing I could do to fix it. Fortunately I was lucky to be able to get WordPressHTTPS installed again and working, which was the only way to revive the site.

I really like what it does. However, I need plugins to work that allow editing on the front end. I cannot isolate whether those plugins are still causing redirection problems or this plugin is or whether it’s a combination of the two. This plugin does not allow for a painless deactivation or uninstall. If you can provide a good and reliable way, perhaps with troubleshooting common issues, it would be appreciated.
