    hi,

    i created a child theme already. i'm using twenty eleven child theme, the one i created. does anyone know how to turn widget title from uppercase to lowercase? all are in lowercase now except the widget titles.

    in style.css, i changed it to:
    h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6 {
    clear: both;
    font-family: 'Fontdiner Swanky', cursive;
    text-shadow: 4px 4px 4px #aaa;
    text-transform: lowercase;
    }

    but the widget title are still uppercase.

    if anyone knows how to resolve it, feel free to contribute. thanks.

    here's my blog: http://redpenredtemper.com/

    thanks
    :)

    you are using html commenting in the css, which causes the following line to be ignored; please use the proper css commenting:
    http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_syntax.asp

    example:

    .widget-title {
    	color: #000000; /* 666; */
    	font-family: 'Fontdiner Swanky', cursive;
    	text-shadow: 4px 4px 4px #aaa;
    	font-size: 20px;
    	font-weight: 300;
    	letter-spacing: 0.1em;
    	line-height: normal; /* 2.6em; */
    	text-transform: lowercase;
    }
