Using the gettext filter -- since it's a dynamic value it can't be translated as part of the .po/.mo system:

Or, if you're using WPML, use the string translation add-on:

    Hi Nick,

I use the full option WPML plugin, but I can't find the strings that are needed to be translated in the list.

I have made a screenshot of the settings menu.

Did you turn on string detection and visit a form on the front end so WPML could log the strings to be translated?

Why did you send me the SalesForce plugin settings screen? That doesn’t tell me much without some context (e.g. how a form looks on the front end).

    e.g.
Are you saying the text you enter there is not showing up as the submit button text?

Are you needing the same form translated into multiple languages based on the WPML language setting? Which is your base language?

I did send you the form so you could see the the text I entered in Dutch. These string aren't showing up in the string translation of WPML. Not even after revisiting the form in all languages. I exported a .po file and entered the translations with POEDIT and imported everything back in.
    But still no luck.

The labels on the form were no problem. I just made a form for each language. It's the text that you can enter on the settings tab that is used for all forms that is not translatable in WPML.

These are 2 screenshots of the form on the site. One in Dutch and one in English.

Wait until 2.3 is released or grab it from github.
