How to translate a static string appears on code.

    I am really happy with this plugin but now i am getting confused with the following. In my home page( index.php) i have a static string say <h2>Projects Here Comes </h2>.

    Can anyone help me to translate the static string that appears in my code (not from post or plugins or page)..please help me on this
