How to transfer wordpress blog from one domain name to another domain name?

    I have a wordpress blog which I need to transfer from one domain name to another.
    My domain I was using was a co.cc domain name and they took my domain name as I was getting traffic to that domain name.Now I cant login to that co.cc.
    So here I cant import the files from the Tools option in wordpress.
    I want to know how can you transfer the blog from one domain name to another domain name while copying all the posts,images,gallery,comments&all other details and settings.
    Thanks
    Also while copying the contents,do I need to change any values in any files while doing the same?

    Now what if I want to change the blog from one domain in a different hosting provider to another domain name hosted in a different hosting provider?

    A lot of times hosts will do the transfer for free. Contact you HOST also

    The site that I want to transfer is hosted on a free hosting server and they wont offer support for transfering from their hosting to any other hosting.
    Also I got the point of backing up the wordpress settings and the mysql,but which fields should I change so as to transfer without the error which I am getting.
    Here its shown as

    Can someone explain why this error is shown and what values do I need to change for transfering?
