    Hi,

I had to delete the jetpack because It was having conflicts with genesis or other stuff.

Well, doing like that I suppose I lost all email subscribers to different posts, is there any way to get them back or transfer them?

You can access your subscribers, and download a csv file to transfer them somewhere else, by reconnected Jetpack and following the instructions here:
    http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/#view-your-email-subscribers

Another solution would be to view your subscriber list on WordPress.com:
    https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=53432162&blog_subscribers&type=email

The link to the CSV file is at the bottom of the page.

    Hi Jeremy,

Unfortunately, in the second link you sent me, I can’t access for some reason, it says:

"You are not a member of this site.

If you have just installed the WordPress.com Stats plugin, this error probably appeared because the API key entered in the plugin belongs to a different WordPress.com user account.

The owner of the API key must visit this site's stats page to grant access

You are logged into WordPress.com as italianeography. ”

Which is weird, because when I had the jetpack, I had to connect the blog with the italianeography account in order to view the stats, otherwise it didn’t work.

With the other admin account, I see only the old blog where there are no subscribers, because they have been moved to the new bluehost account.

    Can't you see any subscribers?

I’m only concerned if there are people that follow some article conversation, and they won’t receive updates anymore.

    Thanks,
    David

That link can only be accessed if you're logged in to the WordPress.com account you originally used to connect Jetpack to WordPress.com.
If you're logged in with another account, you won't be able to access that page.

To make sure you're logged in with the right account, check this page:
    http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/

You should see your Jetpack site there.

I’m only concerned if there are people that follow some article conversation, and they won’t receive updates anymore.

Since you've deactivated the Jetpack plugin, they will indeed stop receiving notifications from your site.

    Hi Jeremy,

yes, if I connect with the other admin account, I can see the jetpack site there, but there are no stats for subscribers,

I only see: views by country, top post & pages, clicks, referrers and search engine terms.

There is no file to download.

    Thanks.

You seem to be looking at the Stats page. Can you make sure you're viewing the Subscriber list:

    Thanks Jeremy,

I had to follow that link few times because it was sending me automatically back to the stats page, but now it worked and I could download the list.

    Thank you,
    David
