How to tell if these plugins offer widgets?

I am interested in buying a theme that has a “fully widgetized homepage”
I want my homepage’s “main content” to consist of these three plugins:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feed-reading-blogroll/screenshots/The theme owner told me:
“my theme can help you accomplish what you describe above assuming those plugins offer widgets that you can drag and drop into the theme’s widget areas of your choice“How do I know if the above plugins offer widgets? (sorry if this is obvious, I’m a newbie)
