How to take off "/blog/" at the PermalinK

Hi, i want to take out “/blog/” at the Permalink of a wordpress blog.
It´s a multisite instalation, version 3.5. I had tried to take out “/blog/” at the “superadmin” user configurations but the posts could no be seen showing a error message.
The wordpress is instaled in a server with cpanel acess.
