How to switch WordPress SEO to different language?

    How can I switch WordPress SEO by Yoast to a different language (i.e. German)? My wordpress install runs in english because the German version takes up way more memory. I got most of the terms translated and hardcoded into my theme and it works beautifully for me.

    However, the YOAST Plugin does display some meta titles (like “archives”) in English. How can I change that?

    I have a similar question!
    I am using a US English WP install, but have been asked to set up a website in French. Rather than installing a language pack or Google Translate, I will be getting each page/post translated into French, and then I will publish. This is due to the technical nature of the language used.
    So, my question is:
    Will Yoast work if I use French focus words and content etc?

    So is there no way to accomplish this or is there simply no support for this plugin?
