How to stop loop when timer ends? (2 posts)

    This is a very beautiful timer. I'd want to keep using it.

    However, this timer has an issue for me that is when the timer ends, the timer will continue to fetch the URL I set when it expires. As a result, the page won't stop loading the same URL.

    I'm embedding the timer in my theme file.
    Here's the code I'm using:
    <?php echo do_shortcode('[ujicountdown id="Deals End In:" expire="2013/08/19 20:40" url = "http://www.gbvalley.com/"]'); ?>

    If I don't set the URL and instead use hide=true, then when timer ends, the page will load: http://www.gbvalley.com/store/false over and over again, which is even worse becase such URL does not exist.

    Is there a way to stop the timer from looping after time expires?

    Thanks.

    i'm using the latest timer version.

    I found this continuous 24 hour countdown timer that does what I want uji to do:

    Any idea how to integrate this code into uji?
