How to stop damaging e-mails in awaiting comment section

    I apologize for not knowing more about programming but people are sending me hundreds of sex- and gambling-oriented e-mails with buried code each day. I have 1.5.2, which does allow me to do a mass select, but I have to go through all of them to find any that might be good. How can I filter these by words, etc. Thanks.
