Posts of the Category A:
Premium post a

Premium post c...
Featured post a
Featured post b...
Normal post a
Normal post b...
Currently I use the plugin wp-stick, which served as I only had the "Featured", with the growth of the site have been necessary to create the option "Premium."
The "Premium posts" must be showed above of all posts.
The "Featured posts" must be showed above only the "Normal posts".
How can I prioritize the display of the posts in this order?
I do not want to show the posts in the Home, only in the categories and tags.
