How to Split Site Content

    Can anyone tell me how to split the site content “box” into three parts? I would like the header on the white background then a split then the site content also on a white background and the footer separate too.

    In essence, I’d like to have three separate rows of “site content”. My site is http://yoadrea.com

    I don’t actually use this site, I use it as a learning implement.
