How to speed it up

    Hi. This plugin is great thank you. But I wonder if I could speed up how long it takes to change the links. On my site it maybe does it last after everything else has loaded, and I worry that by this time they might have already clicked on the link and it has not been localised.

    Does it do its thing after the page has loaded? Or is it asynchronous?
