    i have my posts and pages assigned to this column css, but wondered if anyone knew how to edit width of the columns.

    .content {
    -moz-column-count: 3;
    -moz-column-gap: 10px;
    -moz-column-rule: none;
    -webkit-column-count: 3;
    -webkit-column-gap: 10px;
    -webkit-column-rule: none;
    column-count: 3;
    column-gap: 10px;
    column-rule: none;
    }

    thankyou.

    please ask this question in a css forum like http://csscreator.com/forum

    helping with or teaching fundamental css or formatting is not within the main scope of this forum.

    It would depend on more information that you've given -- Firebug is a great tool for working with CSS so you might try that as well.
