how to specify thicker border on bottom of image?

    This plugin could be the answer to my ‘polaroid’ style image frame requirement.
    Can I hard-code the image border ’22px 22px 52px 22px’ into the plug-in’s PHP? The aim is to have a thick white frame with an extra thick bottom edge.
