How to sort posts by views for each category or tag?

    query_posts( array( 'meta_key' => 'views', 'orderby' => 'meta_value_num', 'order' => 'DESC') );

    How to modify these codes to sort posts for each category or tag?
    In sidebar, there are category and tag widget. Which files should be modified to add these code into?
