how to show xml sitemap on other server

Hi,

I have my blog on a subdomain blog.xyz.com which is on a different server with xml google sitemap plugin enabled and the URL is blog.xyz.com/sitemap.xml.

I want to show the same xml sitemap on www.xyz.com/sitemap.xml

How can I perform this!
