How to show posts on a page?

    Hi,

    I’m fairly new to WordPress and basically ive set up my site with the latest posts showing on my homepage but ive also set up another page called blog and would like to show the posts there also.

    I was wondering whether there was an option to do this? Maybe some sort of code to place on the page?

    I also wanted to know whether i could filter these posts to just show one category? Not a problem if not.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
