Posted 11 months ago #Just found the answer...
At the end of http://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities the is the table with numeric setting width the capabilities.
Editor needs 7, so on line-14 of dafeedr-ads.php change the 8 to 7 and you're set.

I have even used a role editor to make editor a level 8, and this does not give my editor access either...
