How to show author archive without posts

How do I show the author archive if the author doesn’t have any posts? I get a 404 page, but it doesn’t say the name of the author.

Like this is a page of an author that has posted things: http://www.positief-project.be/author/carine-lewille/

And this is a page of an author that hasen’t posted anything yet: http://www.positief-project.be/author/didier-vanhoutte

As you see it doesn’t show it’s name or biography. How can I make it show his name?
