[resolved] How to show ALL titles of ALL posts under a single catagory in archive page? (6 posts)

    Hi,

    i set show at most 1 post in Reading Options, but i found it also show one post in such blog.host.com/archive/wordpress/ pages..

    i don't understand why and i want to show ALL titles of ALL posts under a single catagory in archive page. then i searched and found this:

    what sithicus said is just what i want. but i don't know the code he post, it seems doesn't work for me, could anybody help?

    The settings from Options > Reading applies to all views in WP - including monthly and category archives, search etc.

    If you want different number of posts in different views - you need a plugin:
    http://mattread.com/archives/2006/01/custom-query-string-27/
    After activation you'll have a nice admin interface in Options.

    Edit. To display ONLY the titles in archives view, you will have to edit the archive.php of your theme: delete the_content and whatever you don't want, leave just the_title.
