    Hi,

I’m using a child theme of the twentyeleven theme.

Right now, my website is showing only 1 post per page. This is because I’ve set it in Reading Settings.

Is there a way to have this set to multiple (like 30 posts per page) EXCEPT for the homepage?

I’m really new to modifying PHP templates so if it’s possible to provide an easy to understand code for the index.php file would be awesome.

There are many ways of doing this, but let’s first discuss why? Do you want the home page to remain the same (over time)??

If so, use a front page (create a Page and set as font page), then use a custom menu to link visitors to the post(s) content (this is usually by category)

Above requires simply using WP built in features, and no coding…

Once this is setup, set reading settings # of posts to 30…
