How to set up author pages and link to them (3 posts)

Hi, I run a mobile technology blog http://blog.pre-pay-as-you-go.co.uk and I'm about to bring in three news contributors.

As such I want to create a page for each contributor, which displays their post below an about the author section.

Also I would like to be able to link to the page from elsewhere on the site.

I've come across many articles which talk about how to do this, but many are either old or assume the reader has a good understanding of PHP for which I have none.

Can anyone advise me on how to do this, direct me to a resource for none PHP people or a plugin that can help?

    Regards

    Darren

Some themes have author.php templates - if yours doesn't you may be able to add it:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Author_Templates

However, the theme you are using is not released under GPL licensing requirements of WP - so we cannot support that theme here. You may want to reconsider using that theme.

    Thanks WPogi,

I hope it doesn't come to having to change my theme, there must be a way to do this!
