How to set starting post_id number for Google News support in URL

Google News requires that we have at least a 3-digit number in the URL. Post ID is perfect for this, but it starts at 1. How can I change this to start at 100?

I recall finding a mysql update/set query at one point, but I’ve searched for nearly an hour and am coming up empty handed. Would be helpful to have it at least searchable here in the forums for others wanting to get their WordPress site into Google News.
