How to set some specific tag don't don't show widget

    You’ve been trying to set rules for Tag archive pages. What you’re looking for -correct me if I’m wrong- is rules for tags in posts.

    Tick the “Make exception rule available…” for the widget you want to show”. Set in the posts section the default to No. Find in the tag admin the tickbox to show the widget for the selected tag.
