   Hi,
   I've been trying for a while to figure out how to set the post count on my index (home page) to 4 posts but still have my search results, category views, archive views, etc. still have like 10 posts.

   So...
   Home Page: 4 posts
   Everything else: 10 posts

   I need this because my blog posts are mostly videos and loading 10 videos every time you view the index takes up too much time.

   *Note: "More" tag is unrealistic in my case so I really need something that acomplishes the above on it's own.

   Any ideas? Fixes? Anything please!
