How to set a favicon on a free WordPress blog

    Hi WordPressistas:

    I am hosting my blog site at Votsh.com using the free WordPress hosted service. I cannot find a control to set the Favicon for my site. Instead I see the WordPress Favicon.

    Where is the setting for a free WordPress hosted site?
