  • It’s already available in free version; see options at Events > Settings > Emails

if it’s not sending, try to change mailing method at Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings > Mail sending method e.g. using smtp & gmail

Free has automatic emails when the user books an event or if the status of the booking changes (e.g. it’s approved, cancelled etc.). Pro currently has a feature to remind users x days before events that they’ve booked, we’ll be adding more to that as time permits.

Fine, I would like to send general e-mails to people attending an arrangement (booked an event). Without this feature I can not use the plugin.

    Hi,

as per above post by @marcus emails should be automatically send to users who attend/booked an event e.g. Booking Cancelled email, Booking Confirmed email, etc. at Events > Settings > Emails > Booking Email templates

Is these that you want? if yes and if it’s not working try my above post by changing mailing method

@agelonwl, no this is not what I want. That part works fine. I want to send my own e-mails at any time to all who are booked to an event. That might be further information about the event which is only of interest to the attendees.

at the moment, your only other option is to export your bookings to CSV and use a mail client, e.g one that can either import the CSV and mass mail, or grab all the emails out the csv into a string and add it to a BCC field e.g. on gmail.
