How to select a default Page from a subnav group

    I wish to select a default Page from a 3rd level navigation group. ie, clicking on the second level item, automatically shows the ‘defaulted’ 3rd level Page, rather than the content for the 2nd level Page. How can I do this?

    I’m using the fold page list plugin.
